Qwt is a plotting library. (http://qwt.sourceforge.net/).  So you wouldn't need that dll if you are not using any of Qwt's functions.

		<description>I was having the issue mentioned last. So i moved the following to my bin directory and then it worked like a charm
msvcp80.dll
msvcr80.dll
QtCore4.dll
QtGui4.dll

I couldn't find qwt5.dll though I must mention that I am using MinGw 3.4.2 and QT 4.1.0 with DevC++</description>
